What you will be doing:

  • Source for potential volunteers through various channels
  • Screen people who are aligned, passionate and committed and place them in suitable teams based on their preference, background, and area of growth
  • On board new people and conduct regular check-ins to ensure they are effective in their roles
  • Develop and execute volunteer and alumni engagement strategies
  • Create volunteer recognition program to adequately recognize different groups of volunteers

You should:

  • Have strong communication and people skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Have the ability to communicate value propositions confidently and with passion
  • Be hugely passionate in developing and nurturing people, seeing people as key assets
  • Have creativity in designing programs and hosting events that will enhance engagement
