What you will be doing:

  • Assess and identify suitable analytical tools, concepts, case studies and models that would enable students to execute their Enactus projects in an entrepreneurial way
  • Design and manage programmes / trainings and other developmental experiences for the students
  • Delivering workshops/training programme
  • Build org knowledge and capabilities in (social) entrepreneurship, innovation, business/organization management, market research, keen to share their knowledge with the students

You should:

  • Be passionate about using entrepreneurial principles and concepts to solve social problems.
  • Possess strong business/ start up background with project management experience.
  • Be a highly curious individual with a strong desire to learn, research and impart this knowledge to others.
  • Be a personable leader who works in a highly collaborative manner within the team and with other teams.
  • Knowledge of the social sector a plus
  • (Highly Desired) Have experience with venture acceleration, lean/customer development, management consulting or similar

What you will be doing:

For a team of 5-6 students, you will serve as:

  • Learning Sherpa
  • Experience Designer
  • Idea Consultant
  • Resource Connector
  • Project Driver

You will learn:

  • Innovation tools and approaches
  • Technical competencies
  • Basic coaching and mentoring

You should:

  • Enjoy working with and developing students – you enjoy seeing them grow.
  • Have an interest in improving the livelihood of the less fortunate in society.
  • Be able to provide basic “big picture” advice or simple common sense, but will not hesitate to work the ground with your mentees
  • Be resourceful. You can’t solve the world yourself, but you know enough people who can – or if not, know where to find them.
  • Entrepreneurship background a plus
  • Knowledge of the social sector a plus

What you will be doing:

  • Source for potential volunteers through various channels
  • Screen people who are aligned, passionate and committed and place them in suitable teams based on their preference, background, and area of growth
  • On board new people and conduct regular check-ins to ensure they are effective in their roles
  • Develop and execute volunteer and alumni engagement strategies
  • Create volunteer recognition program to adequately recognize different groups of volunteers

You should:

  • Have strong communication and people skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Have the ability to communicate value propositions confidently and with passion
  • Be hugely passionate in developing and nurturing people, seeing people as key assets
  • Have creativity in designing programs and hosting events that will enhance engagement
