What you'll be doing

  • You are curious. Nothing has stopped you from raising your hand to ask questions, from classroom to conference room
  • You listen before talking. You believe everyone has a story to tell and you're here to listen.
  • You are able to design quick quantitative and qualitative studies and synthesise the feedback.
  • You like telling stories and use other powerful methods of communication (like data) to communicate the needs/wants of the stakeholders you represent.
  • Experience/Interest in design thinking, market research, anthropology highly desired.
  • Generate regular and deep intelligence on student/corporate/volunteer/partner's desires and provide inputs to program development (product/service design)
  • Dig into the desires of each segment (need -> characteristics -> metrics)
  • Assess how the desires impact our products and services, and deliver nuggets of advice
  • Role would likely focus on individual segments to develop depth and expert knowledge
  • Collaborate and be part of frontline teams working directly with these stakeholders
