You should have...

What you'll be doing

  • Strong background in developing and implementing processes
  • Ability to coordinate and work with team leaders in ensuring proper follow through of performance management processes
  • You do believe performance is important. And that the organisation should be held accountable for people's performance too!
  • Experience with performance managment framework is preferred
  • Develop goal setting and performance frameworks/metrics in alignment with organisational goals and team/individual job descriptions. Drive the organisation to have frequent performance conversations over various channels
  • Manage the end to end performance review process between team leads and team members. Feedback, feedback, feedback.
  • Manage and assess volunteer feedback, job satisfaction, engagement and motivation levels.
  • Facilitate the end to end exit process of volunteers.
