What you will be doing

  • Assess and reform volunteer participation tiers that serve both the contribution desires of volunteers and the needs of the organisation
  • To research into volunteer benefits, rewards, recognition and incentive strategies and best practices
  • Develop a Total Rewards framework in alignment with organisational goals that create a culture (and reality) of appreciation for our volunteers
