- Assess and reform volunteer participation tiers that serve both the contribution desires of volunteers and the needs of the organisation
- To research into volunteer benefits, rewards, recognition and incentive strategies and best practices
- Develop a Total Rewards framework in alignment with organisational goals that create a culture (and reality) of appreciation for our volunteers
