At Enactus Singapore, we believe in growing each and every individual. Enactus students are taken through series of workshops and exposed to various events to develop each individual in both hard and soft skills from idea generation, team management, corporate skills.
Here are some of our key events:
Fireside Chats were introduced in 2017 to provide a platform for students to interact with corporate leaders. These corporate leaders are invited to engage with our students in an informal interactive setting, sharing their valuable experiences and insights on a wide variety of topics from leadership to employment.
Responsible Leadership Programme (RLP)
Introduced in 2014, the Enactus Responsible Leadership Programme (RLP) is a one-year programme to help raise self-awareness of leadership competencies amongst student leaders. Through the one-year programme, each student leader is paired with a mentor who guides them throughout their developmental journey, making them more effective leaders in their roles within and outside Enactus.
EXCO Sharing Day
The Exco Sharing Day is an initiative introduced in 2018 for Enactus student leaders. The aim of the day is for Enactus club leaders to share their individual secret sauce from club management to project management and other related subject matters, while networking with other student leaders from the different schools.
University FRESHMEN ORIENTATION
In September each year, a freshmen orientation programme is organised to welcome new members to the Enactus Singapore family! During this orientation, freshmen undergo workshops, such as the Idea Jamming workshop which guides them through structured brainstorming, which would be useful while they start their own projects. More importantly, this programme seeks to forge friendships across institutions and bring our Enactus students together as one.
